PAYMENT

You can pay online with Visa, MasterCard, Discovercard, or American Express through PayPal. Your online order is processed safely and securely through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to buy anything, just a credit card.  Once you fill your shopping cart, you'll get to view your shipping information and register for or log into your My Spoiled Kitty account.  You'll confirm your shipping and billing information and will click to confirm your order.  PayPal then takes over to complete your transaction.  If you like, you can read PayPal's Privacy Policy.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery (more for international addresses) and allow additional delivery time for personalized or custom-made items.  In the event that the item that you ordered is on backorder, you will be notified immediately and will be allowed to cancel your order if you choose not to wait for your items to come back in stock.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order.  Large oversized items such as beds and furniture include extra shipping surcharges due to dimensions and oversize weights which are added into the total shipping charges. 

International Shipping

Some international orders may require additional shipping charges.  Also, some electrical items might not be able to be shipped overseas.  You will be notified if any item that you purchase will not be allowed to be shipped to your country and be refunded any charges. 

Any duties, broker fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not added into our shipping charges.  After an item is shipped, all transactions that involve Customs and other pertinent international agencies, including brokers, are between the customer and that agency and does not involve My Spoiled Kitty, LLC.

Returns

We cannot give returns or exchanges for items lost or damaged during original or return shipping.  If item is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us and the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the item.  All returned items must be sent back via insured methods.  Merchandise is allowed to be returned if unopened and in original condition.  Please contact us for a return authorization request for all returns and state your reason for return.  Shipping fees will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise that is not defective.  All return requests must be received within seven (7) business days after receipt of merchandise.  If the product is defective or damaged, an exchange will be made.  Returns will NOT be authorized if the damage to a product is from the result of wear from a pet.  No returns will be accepted without a RA number.

My Spoiled Kitty, LLC, offers no warranties as to the accuracy of this site and the user is warned that you may encounter typographical errors, technical problems, and other errors or omissions.  We reserve the right to make improvements and/or changes to this website at any time, and we reserve the right to make changes to these disclaimers, terms, and conditions.  If the price of an item is incorrect due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel your order.  If we have charged your credit card, we will credit your credit card with the same amount.  If our description of a product is not accurate, your only course of action is to return it to us for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.

Fraud

If you are breaking the law and your order may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order, for any reason, at any time, and whether or not the order has been charged to your credit card.  If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, My Spoiled Kitty, LLC, will issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount equal to the charge.

This site is created and maintained by My Spoiled Kitty, LLC, in the State of Minnesota, in the United States of America. By using this website you and My Spoiled Kitty, LLC, agree that the laws of the State of Minnesota will apply to all concerns relating to the use of this website.  If the laws of your location are different than ours, you agree to abide by our laws.  You and My Spoiled Kitty, LLC, also agree to the jurisdiction of the Courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.  My Spoiled Kitty, LLC, makes no guarantee that the materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and using the materials from areas where their use is illegal is prohibited.
